**Responsibilities**:

- Post job advertisement on different recruitment websites
- Assist with the uploading of new employee documentation and data
- Schedule interviews
- Administer and maintain a high level of accuracy with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Other administrative duties to support the HR Manager such as filing

Training and support will be provided

Requirements of the position:

- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and work in a close-knit team
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills
- Computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use different software systems
