We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the ongoing high levels of performance across our land lease communities portfolio, with a focus on expansion into new markets across Australia. Someone passionate about leading and inspiring others to achieve, continue to build and strengthen team culture, achieve sales targets, and focus on customer excellence.
**About the role**
The National Sales Manager, is a senior leadership position to support executing against a significant growth pipeline and expansion into new markets across Australia. This role will be responsible for setting and executing robust sales to settlement strategies to achieve profit centre performance, with a strong focus on sales and service excellence, to accelerate growth and achieve sustainable generation of revenue.
**Coming into this position, your key focuses will include**:
- Develop and lead delivery of Strategic roadmap support new and resales and home specialist activities along buyer journey that can support growth and scale up of business.
- Operationalise and embed critical Customer Excellence enablers to maintain and continually drive home buyer and homeowner delight
- Drive discipline and consistency in processes and practices, regularly reviewing to improve business performance, customer experience to achieve sales, settlement, and profit outcomes
- Lead proactive engagement with leadership team and senior leaders on the identification of opportunities, management of risks, drivers of business performance, opportunities, trends, and the implications for the business and business strategy
- Collaborate with regional, State and National teams to share information, knowledge and best practice
- Provide leadership to the Sales function, attracting, retaining, and growing key talent to deliver on strategic goals whilst creating diverse and supportive environment where people excel
**About you**
You’ll preferably come from within the property development or general real estate industry with experience in masterplan communities, built form or new home builder sales and experience land lease or retirement living sales and marketing. We are also open to other industries such as healthcare, hospitality, automotive or banking with a deep product/customer sales background.
You are someone with the ability to drive a vision through to reality and this may have included growing a brand into new markets. You have demonstrated commercial and financial acumen and achieve results through influencing, communication, and your ability to build strong relationships. You are outcome focused, with a true passion for growth and people.
You’re an exceptional inspiring leader and with your energy willing to drive ongoing development of your high performing team nationally, and as such requires frequent travel.
