TOM Executive are looking to recruit an HR Operations Support for a 6-month initial contract position, working with a leading Bank in the city on a hybrid working basis. The role is part of a wider business project and there is potential for extension on the initial term of the contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a contact point for staff with HR related queries.
- Offer advice to the business on people related matters.
- Assist in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
- Provide support in conducting HR data analysis and generating reports as needed.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Liaise with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related information.
- Act as a point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries and address them promptly.
- Support the implementation of HR technology systems as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in HR operations or HR generalist role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software is a plus.
