**About The Role**

As a Head of Technology - Sports & Risk, you'll lead a team of leaders and specialists spanning design, engineering, delivery and operations of technical solutions to deliver Sportsbet’s portfolio and technical systems that underpin them. Additionally, the Head of Technology will also lead delivery through others in both other technology and commercial teams as part of project and program structures.

Reporting into the GM of Betting Product Technology, you’ll use a data led approach to continually improve the ways of working within your teams & set the direction for a cross functional team, focusing on results aligned to our strategy.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Create a highly engaged and productive environment where teams thrive and have freedom to, in the spirit of agile, do what works, try new things, stop doing things that don't work
- Ensure teams leverage a delivery approach and methodology that provides consistency of delivery, at the pace and quality required by Sportsbet
- Provide continual support and maintenance of your platforms to ensure they run at peak performance, meeting or exceeding service level expectations
- Ensure the platform architecture and roadmap capture both a current and future state, articulating the key maintenance or enhancement initiatives that are planned for the coming 3, 6 and 12 months’ timeframes
- Working with peers across Sportsbet to drive product & technology innovation in our core betting products
- Work with colleagues in the Flutter group to leverage ‘The Flutter Edge’ by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to leverage Technology capabilities and knowledge globally where it is commercially and operationally advantageous to Sportsbet and/or Flutter.
