As Head of Technology you will support the executives in the business by developing technology road maps, IT strategies and contributing to capability uplift across their infrastructure services. You will ensure that IT is a business enabler, building a team of high-performing technologists who want to make their company deliver the best outcomes possible.

**In this role, you would be involved with**:

- IT Strategy development
- Team building, enhancing existing talent building a team of business outcome focused technologists
- Stakeholder collaboration, anticipating changing needs and identifying future business requirements
- Change management; leading from the top
- Monitoring the end to end program of IT projects for the business
- Providing expert advice to the executive team on technology strategy

**As the right person for this amazing opportunity you will have**:

- Proven experience managing a technology team, including working with strategy, developing tech roadmaps and program delivery
- Proven experience driving and leading successful change
- Experience analysing company performance, dataflows, platforms and more
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and mentoring others, inspiring new ways to work
- Practical and proven delivery management experience in Agile and waterfall
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement competency.
- You will lead & mentor a team to ensure the organisation is getting best service and best use of their technology-based products at all times, as well as encouraging process improvement & innovation._
