We don't expect you to tick all the boxes, because the right person for the job will be a quick learner and resourceful to succeed in their role. You will have an end-to-end responsibility from handling customer calls, reviewing in-stock and incoming goods, to co-ordinating dispatch of customer orders.

**A bit about you**:

- You love all things interiors and customer service
- You are a problem solver and have high attention to detail
- You love building relationships
- 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service or account management role.
- Experience with Inventory Management systems
- Excellent written, computer, administrative and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and focus on customer satisfaction (new and existing)

**Duties include**:

- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and caring manner.
- Providing product selection advice and recommendations.
- Co-ordination of Quotes and Orders as required
- Processing Sales orders from marketplaces and repeat customers.
- Managing & resolving customer payments and delivery issues
- Working closely with the Accounts & Dispatch
