**Inbound Sales Consultant | H**uge Commissions with Hourly Rate**

**The Role**

We are seeking passionate and experienced sales people to become Sales Consultants in our Melbourne inbound sales team. Your previous experience in a sales role will see you excel and be rewarded with commissions and incentives on top of your hourly rate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be receiving warm leads for Energy and Solar. Explaining the customers with the benefits of products and closing the leads.
- Contact customers and offer the benefits of various products in Energy and Solar

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in Solar/Energy sales, within a call-centre environment. You'll have excellent people skills and will be able to easily build rapport with your clients in order to build and maintain excellent relationships. You'll employ proactive selling skills to optimise customer service and financial outcomes during each interaction with customers. You'll utilise sales methodology to cross sell and up sell to grow value for the client as well as highlighting opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. You will also be passionate about sales and hitting your targets as well as collaborating within the team environment.
