Description:

Tasks and Responsibilities

Prepare quotes for customers as requested by the Branch and/or Sales team

Prepare Onsite approved Pricing Proposal documents for customers based on agreed rate cards as requested by the Sales team

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives

Use CRM and sales enablement tools to manage prospecting activities

Support targeted campaigns with outbound communication

Provide initial product or service information to prospects

Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed by the manager in line with your knowledge, skills, and abilities

Liaising with Branches regarding the operational needs of customers

Skills and Experiences:

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
  • 3 years minimum experience in similar field is highly desirable
