We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Support Coordinator to join our supply chain team on a 12-month secondment. Reporting to the National Transport Manager, the Logistics Support Coordinator has the primary role of overseeing the management of Loscam and CHEP across Bulla and 3 pl sites.

The Logistics Support Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day transport claims and 3PL administration, ensuring the highest level of service is achieved and maintained in accordance with Bulla and Customer Policies & Procedures.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the end-to-end process of CHEP and LOSCAM of all Bulla sites and 3 PL sites in line with pallet contract management policy.
- Providing monthly equipment unit dash boards.
- EOM equipment Stocktake reconciliation of all Bulla sites and 3 pl sites.
- Monthly site visits of Bulla and 3 pl sites.
- Attending monthly meetings with Chep and Loscam.
- MyPrimary Connect Pallet stack updates
- Transport Invoice and PO Processing
- Manual transport bookings
- ADHOC transport tasks

**You will have**:

- HACCP requirements - particularly as they relate to the Cold Chain
- Min 2 years' experience in a transport operations admin operations FMCG role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook, intermediate skills in MS Word
- Capacity to effectively relate and communicate to people at all levels of the business.
- Flexibility to handle a range of tasks with changing priorities.
- A strong sense of ethics and personal integrity.
- Responsive to challenges and able to “think on one's feet”.
- Commitment to and capacity for personal development
- Must demonstrate a high level of initiative and possess strong time management and organisational skills.
- Must demonstrate a high level of maturity and responsibility consistent with the high expectations of Bulla Dairy Foods.
- Formal qualifications in warehouse/logistics management are not essential but would be highly regarded
- SAP experience preferred
- Current driver's license and vehicle required for travel to Bulla sites and 3 pl.
