**About the role**:
Operating in the fast-paced environment of our B&D Group environment, this is a great opportunity to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager and lead our planning, logistics and master data team. We are open to the right person located in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

This role is crucial to ensure the oversight of all areas of planning, master data, distribution and logistics across B&D and consults with channel managers to identify, develop, deploy, and lead distribution strategies to meet the changing needs of our customers. This position also sits on the B&D Supply Chain Leadership team and is a key national role that is required to influence all our sites.

As a confident leader you’ll coordinate supply planning meetings to set both long
- and short-term strategies and will be the key point of contact to field a range of questions from key stakeholders and other departments across the business.

**Skills & Experience**

This is a role with real responsibility and scope, so you’ll need to have strong business acumen coupled with excellent influencing and communication skills to succeed. Proven ability in influencing and implementing S&OP processes will also stand you in good stead. Other key skills and experience include:

- Proven experience as a Supply or Demand Planning Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with the SAP or other ERP system
- Excellent ability to build strong, collaborative teams
