**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of marketing and sales while supporting our business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may not have extensive experience but is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Conduct research to analyse companies within our target market.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, particularly technical and engineering managers.
- Support the sales team by providing insights and leads for potential partnerships.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write SEO-rich blog articles that resonate with our audience and drive inbound traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content that showcases our expertise and value.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for marketing, sales, and technology, especially in the engineering space.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for research.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus, but not required.

**Bonus Points**:

- Previous experience or coursework related to marketing, sales, or business development.
- An interest in or knowledge of cloud-based technology products and services.
- Experience working with technical or engineering-focused clients.

**How to Apply**:

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $24.05 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
