My client is a boutique established and privately owned business which has been providing automotive marketing solutions since 2008. They have a passionate team of marketing and data experts consistently delivering the best results for Australia for dealerships customer retention.

With their growing client base, they are seeking a Database / Marketing Assistant to join the team to help them provide superior customer service and marketing solutions for their awesome clients.

They are open to taking someone on full time or also on a part time basis.

This role is based in their Head Office, in the heart of the Docklands, close to public transport, parking and the shopping precinct.

Primarily Duties (this individual will be trained in):

  • Providing in depth reporting to their clients on their activities
  • Show trends and changes in the marketplace
  • Data cleaning (customer data)
  • Setting up processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Managing and developing databases
  • Reviewing and recommending software
  • Training other staff where required
  • Administration duties

Who Are You?

You might be a recent high school or university graduate, or have a background or experience is sales or customer service.

  • Experience in a customer service, sales, marketing or an administration role is highly desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of data analysis (is advantageous but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn setting up systems and providing solutions
  • Proven Excel skills
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
