**MYER** is looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** who will provide essential coordination and administrative support across campaigns for Myer’s Women’s and Men’s Apparel and Accessories categories.

**About the role**:

- Assist in the coordination of day-to-day campaign tasks across Women’s and Men’s categories, including campaign timelines, status updates and asset tracking.
- Support the Marketing Specialist in briefing creative and media teams organising inputs from concession and national brand partners.
- Coordinate the collection, tracking and filing of product samples for campaign shoots and content creation.
- Ensure accurate brand partner logos, imagery and campaign inclusions are filed and ready for use.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Creative, Buying, Merchandise, and eComm to name a few to follow up on deliverables, inputs, and status updates.
- Help prepare meeting materials, WIP agendas, and follow-up summaries for internal reviews.
- Assist with processing advertising subsidy documentation and budget tracking.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign archives and team filing systems.

**About you**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing, retail, or fashion coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing or workflow platforms (e.g. Wrike, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in fashion, accessories or kidswear and a customer-first marketing mindset.
