Key Responsibilities:

- Engagement: Take verbal submissions and assist risk assessment officers in improving applicant engagement with police and other assessable information.
- Assessment Support: Offer advice on cultural and regional issues relevant to eligibility assessments, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Community Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, providing quality assistance.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of culturally appropriate policies and procedures.
