About the role
Provide stakeholder engagement and communication advice, strategy and implementation for Metro North Health infrastructure projects. Support includes but is not limited to communications and engagement strategy development and implementation, consultation with key stakeholders, internal and external communications and copywriting. The position plays a strategic function in supporting the operations of the Metro North Health Capacity Expansion Program (CEP), including The Prince Charles Hospital and Redcliffe Hospital Expansion projects, ensuring stakeholders are appropriately engaged throughout the project and innovative communications mechanisms are developed and implemented to support engagement practices.
About you
- Manage the development and implementation of engagement strategies to support major health infrastructure projects.
- Identify and manage emerging and critical stakeholder issues related to the projects, and work with senior officers to address these issues.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure that all aspects related to projects - including stakeholder engagement, change management and planning - are coordinated and supported.
- Provide reports and evaluation to project teams on the status and progress of engagement and communication activities.
