**Minimum Role Accountabilities**:

- Highly capable engaging with key stakeholders
- Excellent Technical abilities in Infrastructure constructs.
- Solid technical solution abilities to create design patterns.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and business acumen.
- Experience in drafting high level advice, reports, submissions, and briefing documents is a plus.
- Capable of developing and reviewing complex and detailed ICT infrastructure solutions and designs. Oversee compliance of services delivered by infrastructure managed services and Cloud partners covering performance, operational compliance, and reporting in accordance with SLAs
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and provide innovative solutions for IT issues, and the ability to develop and implement appropriate risk management strategies

**Accountabilities: What I may be expected to do when I come to work in this role**:
We need you to demonstrate deep technical expertise in several overlapping areas within the following infrastructure competencies:
Wintel competency - significant knowledge in the following skills:

- Provide excellent knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure, including IAAS, PAAS and SAAS service in a Hybrid environment
- Windows OS Servers, Azure and Windows File Servers and Clustering
- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Strong skills and experience in MS PowerShell
- Virtualisation (Citrix Cloud and VMware)
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in implementing IT Cyber security measures and protocols
- Ensure all services and communications are following in our ITSM tools and processes
- Capable of developing and reviewing complex and detailed ICT infrastructure solutions and designs. Oversee compliance of services delivered by infrastructure managed services and Cloud partners covering performance, operational compliance, and reporting in accordance with SLAs

**Essential: The Knowledge, Skills, Accreditations, Licencing and/or Authorisations, you must have in this role to be safe and effective**:
Degree level qualifications in I.T, Computer Science, or related discipline.
