**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an **Administration Officer** to be part of our Business Service Centre, Shared Services Command. The Administrative Officer provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive
command/business unit knowledge to support the business area’s program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.

The role requires you to process human resource and financial administrative functions which may include leave, allowances, secondary employment, recruitment, agreements, workers compensation and income protection documents, assets and finance. The Administration Coordinator is assigned a portfolio of VIP customers, and the daily challenge is negotiating workable priorities and timeframes.
