**About the Role**
The primary purpose of this role is to drive and innovate talent identification, development and succession initiatives across icare, ensuring a collaborative and proactive approach, aligned to best practice. This role also contributes to creating and implementing leadership development solutions that fosters leadership growth and addressing key business challenges. Our focus is to drive continuous improvement, enabling us to strengthen our culture of collaboration, growth and achievement.
**The opportunity**
This role is a blend of contributing to talent and leadership development strategy, needs analysis, design, planning and project management, stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, implementation, reporting and embedding behaviour change.
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will:
- Proactively lead the identification of talent by preparing, managing and reporting talent reviews.
- Create and manage a diverse talent pool and talent pipelines to reduce time to hire and meet evolving business needs.
- Identify critical roles and develop success profiles to create robust succession plans, helping the organisation to prepare for leadership transitions by developing internal talent pipelines.
- Provide the business with advice and solutions on appropriate talent assessments and support the implementation of these including leadership 360s, personality instruments and strengths-based tools.
- Develop and implement customised leadership development solutions and experiences, including executive coaching, mentoring, conferences, leadership programs, team workshops and team development.
- Define success metrics to measure the impact of talent and leadership development programs on business outcomes.
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- Proven experience as a Talent Lead or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management and leadership development strategies and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Desirable Skills**
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Lifestyle Inventory (LSI) Accreditation.
- Team Management System (TMS) Accreditation.
