**The Role**:
As part of the business’s five-year plan, this new role has been identified as the expert the group needs to ensure that they are investing in the identification, development and retention of critical talent. Working with stakeholders across the group; business and programme leaders and the broader People and Culture function, you will identify the opportunities and risks related to talent, and use this to create an integrated talent management framework. As part of this framework, there will be clear career pathways and succession planning, identification of high potentials and the associated capability development program. You will develop plans, mobilise resources and establish an operating rhythm to talent management, building the function from the ground up. As the Talent and Capability lead you will be responsible for pulling together multiple threads of the people strategy and driving forward the talent development and capability agenda to shape and embed a high-performance culture.

**About You**:
**What the role needs from you**:

- Degree qualified HR, Business, Psychology or related
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent and Capability specialist in a multi-divisional business
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and work with competing priorities
- Knowledge of methodologies, frameworks and digital tools to support talent and capability

**This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.**
