Join our People and Culture team as a Talent Lead for our Banking and Financial Services Group, responsible for high impact talent management and organisation development solutions to our diverse workforce who deliver our award winning digital banking, wealth management and business banking services to customers. What role will you play?
In this role you will partner with the Banking and Financial Services Group People and Culture Director, and People and Culture business partnering team, responsible for insight-led solutions centred on workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, active talent management, advanced talent analytics, career pathways, re-skilling and workforce transition. You will have access to industry-leading AI and data tooling to build and adapt solutions that support business priorities in our regulated environment. You will engage directly with People and Culture partners and leadership teams to deliver our annual cycle of talent activities at scale (including performance management, career promotions and employee listening).

What You Offer

  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary/ professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, data, psychology, business or related field
  • Exceptional analytical capability, adept with advanced data tooling and modelling solutions, using large and complex datasets - and the ability to generate insights for a senior audience
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and different capabilities, building strong and trusted relationships
  • An inclusive, customer-led approach and ability to make a positive impact across different regions and cultures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, present to senior audiences and convey strategic concepts
  • Highly adaptable and experienced in working in a changing organisational context
  • Track record of proactive and creative thinking, and an innovative mind-set
  • Generative AI fluency with a keen interest to grow and learn more.
