We are seeking an experienced production manager / factory leader to join and lead our team.

**Job description**
- Melbourne Factory Management and national operations coordination, including staff performance reviews and HR related issues
- Monitoring and leading of general factory work and developing high quality productions standards with no poor-quality issues dispatched
- Monitoring output and costs
- Ensuring schedule is completed on time to required efficiency and coordinating production priorities

**Experience required**
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Extensive experience with custom made notching machinery
- Extensive experience in box making with Honeycomb board materials
- Must have Rebul crate design experience
- More than 6 years’ experience in custom machinery and management

**Benefits**
- Monthly RDO's in addition to standard annual leave
- Quarterly bonuses are paid for improvement
- Full time, permanent position
- Salary $75,000 - $85,000 plus super

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
