The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time, permanent Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team at CopRice Leongatha. This role provides high level customer service to Ag-Retailers and Direct to Farm clients supporting the entire CopRice range, through highly proficient and accurate management of customer information and administrative support to the Operations and Sales teams. Reporting to the Quality & Service Manager, you will join a supportive and collaborative team who are committed to delivering a high quality service to our customers.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Coordinate logistics contractors entering site
Assist with order processing of Flexiblends and Bulk bag and bulk loads
Answer all customer telephone calls and follow up customer queries
Assist with account enquiries
Receive and process orders; ensuring on farm conditions and delivery requirements are clear
Ensure all customer records in SAP are kept up to date and customer ordering patterns are monitored and maintained
Communicate with customers on delivery/collection times as per schedule
Monitor debtors report and follow up with customer as required
Screen and resolve customer issues within the scope of responsibility. Execute work referred by sales staff to support their fieldwork
Support Exports Sales Administration, on occasion, as required
Generate reports and complete administration tasks for Sales and/ or Operations stakeholders

To be considered for this role, you will have;
High level written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Solid experience working with technology, including the full Microsoft Office suite;
Be energetic, highly motivated and utilise your varied experience
Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills;
Be self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude;
Able to adapt to changing production demands;
Be flexible to undertake a variety of tasks.
