**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Bring your passion for customer service to our highly supportive and dynamic Customer Experience team. You will be the front face of the Council in providing frontline reception and telephone services to our residents and visitors.

Ongoing Part Time position - 3 days per week
- Located in Leongatha and Korumburra
- Band 4: $42,227 per annum (pro-rata) + 11.5% superannuation
- This position is 0.6 FTE / 22.8 hours per week

Fixed Term Part Time position - 1 day per week
- Located in Leongatha and Korumburra
- Band 4: $35.62 per hour + 11.5% superannuation
- This 12-month position is 0.2 FTE / 7.6 hours per week

**ABOUT YOU**:
You will be a people focussed and have well-developed customer service and communications skills. Your ability to work as an effective member of a team will maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with general enquiries
- Processing of payments
- Providing administrative support to the organisation

If you can demonstrate prior experience in a customer service/reception role including switchboard operations and using a customer request system, we'd love to hear from you.
