Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to work in our Collins Street Office in Melbourne CBD for 3 days a week (Mon / Tues / Thurs) with view to fulltime employment.

We are looking for a proactive, efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills to manage front desk reception duties and associated administration tasks.

Ideally you will have prior experience working in a busy Engineering, Construction and or Projects delivery related organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Organising office inductions
- Managing security passes for employees and visitors
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and organising outgoing mail
- Booking meeting rooms and organizing catering
- Preparing documents/ formatting documents
- Collating and distributing monthly reports
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
- Booking domestic and international travel, organising visas as required
- Organising training & medicals for travellers
- Updating org charts
- Credit card reconciliation/ expenses
- Organising social events

Skills / Qualifications:

- Energetic, reliable, bubbly and outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills including a professional phone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- A positive attitude
