**The Opportunity**:
As a Ghost Tour Guide, you’ll play an essential role in creating an unforgettable visitor experience at Q Station. You’ll be responsible for delivering captivating and immersive tours, sharing the history and supernatural legends of the site. This role requires more than just guiding; it’s about creating an atmosphere that thrills, engages, and leaves guests with a lasting memory of their time at Q Station.

In addition to conducting tours, you’ll contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience by bringing creativity and enthusiasm to each session. Your storytelling skills will help bring the haunted past to life, ensuring that each guest feels a sense of wonder and intrigue.

**About the role**

Reporting to the **Visitor Experience Manager**, you are central to the team's success in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Be a story teller Which could be through other guiding experience, theatre work or teaching
- Inspire everyone with their passion and knowledge of Australian history and the paranormal
- Be responsible for delivering fascinating ghost and history tours, team building activities and other visitor experiences on site to different sized groups and types of clientele
- Have strong customer service & crowd management skills, a positive solution orientated approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Essential Criteria?**
- A passion for history and the paranormal with the impetus to learn more
- Previous experience with providing engaging audience experiences for a variety of groups
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A self-motivator and positive problem solver
- Be energetic and comfortable working in a physical, outdoor role
- Maintain a current driver's license (desirable)
- Current Working With Children Check or the willingness to obtain one before employment
- Current First Aid certificate
- The willingness and flexibility to work weekends and evenings

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.25 - $45.15 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
