**The Opportunity**

The **Conference & Events Supervisor** plays a crucial role in supervising our outlets and events. Reporting directly to the **Conference & Events Manager,** you will be required to support and coach the team to maintain exceptional service standards, possess excellent food and beverage knowledge and be accountable for the efficient operation of our versatile outlets and service environment. The role is flexible in nature requiring a ‘hands on’ approach to move seamlessly between outlets and the different service styles offered.

**Your Day to Day**
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
- Support Management with service and require you to independently lead and support a team.
- Running the day-to-day Conference and Events Operations and Outlets.
- Work effectively with Front of House + Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure efficient service planning and execution
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Assess the staffing and rostering requirements
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager & Management Team with continual up-skilling of Team Members
- Knowledgeable of operational outlet and Hotel liquor licensing guidelines and internal Hotel Policies.

- To multi-task and manage both operational and administrative workload (with mínimal time behind a desk)
- Availability to work across a range of mid-week, weekend, and day/evening shifts
- Maintain high attention to detail with exemplary cleaning standards across all outlets
- The physicality to move across a two-story restaurant and large site
- Maintain currency of RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles.
- Maintain current driver's license. The ability to drive a manual vehicle is highly desirable
