**The Opportunity**

Working alongside some of the most creative and respected Hotel and Hospitality names in the industry, this role forms part of our Finance & Admin team that is ideas and process driven.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily physical receiving of goods onsite
- Reconciling goods received to orders using delivery note and invoice documentation
- Update Future Log system of all stock deliveries using reconciled documentation
- Accurately investigate and report any stock delivery discrepancies (value & quantity) with Department Managers & Suppliers
- Perform and co-ordinate the monthly stocktakes conducted at the various department outlets
- Coordinate and record internal stock transfers
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of company’s processes
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Policy & Procedures
- Prepare structured reports of the auditing activities and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams across different departments to ensure goods are being delivered to the correct building
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensures stock rotation and storage procedures are conducted to minimize loss
- Maintains regular, clear, and effective communication with all departments to ensure their needs are met
- Use Future Log software to monitor demand and document stock levels
- Assist with the placement of orders to replenish stock
- Analyse data to anticipate future needs
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
- Report on stock levels
- Any ad-hoc finance tasks as and when required

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Some experience as a Stock Controller; working with Food & Beverage is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- You are hands on, energetic, and able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work within a team environment where attention to detail is essential
- Ability & willingness to work flexible hours
- Strong analytical skills
- Maintain a current driver's license. The ability to drive a manual vehicle is advantageous
- Proven experience using Future Log system is advantageous
