Receptionist / Administration Assistant (Full-time)

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Saward Dawson administration team performing reception and other administrative support tasks in a full-time capacity. Training and support will be provided.

Our team of 80 plus staff incorporate our core values when delivering services in the areas of Audit & Assurance, Business Advisory, Wealth Advisory, Personal Taxation, and Superannuation. This also includes services provided for Business, Taxation and Not-for-Profit Advisory and Consulting.
**The role consists of**:
**Reception and Client Experience**
- Manning the reception/front of office area
- Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
- Greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and making them feel welcome
- Providing hospitality, including making and serving refreshments to clients and visitors
- Mail drop-off, pick up, processing and distribution
- Maintaining the meeting rooms to be neat and tidy
- Assisting with in house catering needs when required
**Administrative Support**
- Providing administration support to the business advisory team including collating client income tax returns, financial statements, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and preparation of invoices and other documents
- Processing documents from the ATO
- Scanning of documents and files
- Collation of various client documents
- General office duties using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Set up meeting rooms for client and staff meetings
- Enjoy working in the reception, meet and greet function
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to exercise initiative and discretion
- Able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
- Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Trustworthy
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work
