The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.- In your role, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition (People & Culture) team, where you will partner with our customers to help attract, engage, and hire top talent from diverse backgrounds to Zurich.- The People & Culture team work with each business unit to make Zurich a great place to be. The P&C team has ~30 team members and comprise of BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.- You will assist our vision ‘to create a brighter future together’, by supporting with the TA Strategy and our key team priorities, which include our employer brand, digital and our diversity agenda.- Important to your success - let's grow together- You will have strong relationship management, influencing, coaching and communication capabilities, that combine with your outstanding service mindset and ability to deliver great outcomes, including process improvements. You are adaptable and collaborative and like to work in a fast-paced environment.Ideally you have in-house (or RPO) corporate recruitment experience, and have strong strategic sourcing knowledge. As well as having had experience of supporting on TA projects/initiatives.
