**About our Role**
Due to an internal promotion, APM are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage the end to end recruitment life cycle across all areas of the NZ Allied Health sector.
Working in a large collaborative and supportive team of over 20 TA professionals, you will provide talent acquisition services to several growing health, community services and corporate portfolios.
In this role, you will see the positive impacts that our activities have on a for-purpose business where we truly enable better lives.

**_ The TA Consultant will make an impact by:_**
- Using the tools available and your own innovation to proactively source Talent to meet business needs.
- Building engaged talent pipelines for future workforce requirements
- Understanding and developing market intel to help inform stakeholder conversations.
- Working on various Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve service delivery.
**About you**
- Demonstrated success in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally Allied Health, Social sector, NFP or Volume agency role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills coupled with transparency in communication.
- Success gained in a variety of Talent Acquisition activities - projects, competitor analysis, recruitment marketing, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
