**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first level IT support on-site covering all areas of technical support for software and hardware
- Establish, test and monitor new software, services and systems
- Undertake root cause analysis of problems and document solutions
- Troubleshoot remote access tools (VPN) and general network (LAN/WAN) connectivity issues by phone
- Deploy workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices and software
- Troubleshoot software and printing issues
- Manage helpdesk functions ensuring tasks are kept up to date
- Manage user accounts creation, modification and deletion
- Manage and maintain repairs for all IT equipment

Qualifications:
**To be successful in this role, you will have the following**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline; or demonstrated comparable experience
- Strong knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, macOS, iOS & iPadOS
- Demonstrated experience in an IT support role
- Experience with Active Directory user and group creation/modification
- Experience using an incident ticket system
- Committed to providing customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly organised with a focus on attention to detail
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
