**What you’ll do
The Data & Insights Reporting Analyst is a key role with real impact within the Safety, Health and Wellbeing team, and will actively support the delivery of our SHW strategy.
This will be achieved through supporting SH&W data analysis and interpretation, delivery of data-driven insights and the development of reporting and data visualisations that supports strategic decision-making, risk reduction programs, and overall SHW improvements across the Woolworths Group.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Data Analysis and Insights: Conducting comprehensive data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for risk mitigation. Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights that inform strategic direction and support proactive decision-making.
- Reporting and Communication: Delivering data insights / reports for senior stakeholders, presenting information in a clear, concise and actionable manner. Collaborate with diverse audiences, effectively conveying safety-related information and recommendations.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Responsible for evolving and improving our safety related metrics, to better monitor and govern performance. Use data-driven insights to support effective governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate and articulate business requirements with internal and external stakeholders (vendors and service providers) and support the creation and execution of test scenarios / cases and testing
- Develop communications to support activities and initiativesDevelop relationships with key business stakeholders and other data and analytics teams

**What you’ll bring
We’re looking for an experienced Data & Insights Analyst, with proven technical skills for data analysis, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as this role will partner closely with other data and analytic teams and key business stakeholders.
- Proven track record in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, preferably in roles such as business intelligence, data or business analysis, or safety.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, business intelligence, and data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
- Strong influencing, engagement and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to effectively manage competing workload priorities and tight timeframes.Tertiary qualifications in safety, health and wellbeing, business, technology / data or equivalent and/or relevant industry experience.
