**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity within our **Prestige Brands, Breguet and Blancpain for a **Brand and Customer Care Coordinator** to join our team. Reporting to the Brand General Manager, the person in this role is to co-ordinate a range of activities to support the brand and responsible for customer care and deliver high level of customer service for the brands.

**Responsibilities**
- Management of Breguet and Blancpain stock level using SAP
- Liaise with headquarters on delivery time, new product ranges and pricing
- Complete monthly reporting requirements
- Incentive and Rebate Program coordination
- Manage inventory with all internal and external stakeholders
- Collate and distribute all requests for Breguet/Blancpain consumer catalogues
- To be a key “voice” of the Brands to customer and build brand image, loyalty and preference
- Manage after sales customer services enquiry

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 1 year business/sales analytical experience
- Proven experience working in a inventory coordination role
- Several years of professional experience in customer service or retail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Administration skills, including high attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP an advantage
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Energy, passion, drive and enthusiasm
