**The Role**

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Warehouse & Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team in Glen Iris. This is a critical role at the heart of our operations - from managing stock and logistics to delivering exceptional service to both retail and direct-to-consumer customers.

You’ll be the go-to for everything from receiving and shipping stock, packing and sending orders, managing systems and couriers, to jumping on the forklift and occasionally dropping off pallets. You’ll also be the friendly voice behind our customer enquiries, ensuring everyone - whether it’s a distributor or someone who just loves our drinks - gets the help they need.

**What you’ll be doing**

**Warehouse Operations**
- Manage warehouse stock levels, including regular stocktakes
- Oversee case mixing, order picking, manifesting and dispatch
- Safely operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move stock
- Use warehouse software to manage pallets and optimise freight

**Order Fulfilment & Freight Coordination**
- Process all incoming orders (B2B and B2C) quickly and accurately
- Book freight and coordinate pick-ups/deliveries with couriers and logistics partners
- Manage transport bookings and freight budgets

**Customer Service & Admin**
- Liaise with couriers and customers to track and troubleshoot deliveries
- Maintain customer records and ensure all systems are up to date

**General Duties**
- Deliver pallets locally when needed (valid driver’s licence required)
- Maintain warehouse utilities and cleanliness
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment role
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Driver’s licence (essential)
- Recommended you live in close travel distance to Glen Iris
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with inventory systems and online order platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Great with people - you’ll be talking to customers, couriers, and the team daily
- Able to work independently and take ownership
