We're not just mowing lawns – we're creating garden sanctuaries that nurture the soul. Green Edge Lawn Mowing and Garden Care is expanding across Melbourne, and we're looking for a driven and professional Crew Leader to run your own vehicle, lead your Crew, and grow with us.

This is not your average field role. You'll be the face of Green Edge in your zone, taking ownership of day-to-day services while laying the groundwork for a larger field team to follow. If you're a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for great gardens, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality lawn and garden services to residential and small commercial clients
• Work independently with the support of an office, scheduling, and sales team
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through professionalism and care
• Use our app to manage jobs, upload photos, and communicate with HQ
• Represent Green Edge's values and be part of something bigger as we scale

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscaping
• Solid horticultural knowledge and the ability to communicate this knowledge to clients in a proactive manner
• Strong time management and customer communication skills
• No nonsense approach to problem solving
• A current driver's license and a reliable, well-maintained vehicle
• A growth mindset and desire to step into a leadership path
