**The Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop strong business relationships with retailers
- Constant, timely communication with retail customers
- Responsible for executing training for all Victoria POS
- Identify product gaps in customers’ ranges
- Maintain constant competitor analysis and update Sales Manager of opportunities / issues
- Contribute towards sales targets
- Merchandise Longines display in all VIC chain store as part of call cycle
- Utilise Swatch Group CRM software (Salesforce) and keep updated with pre-call objectives, call comments and post-call outcomes
- Complete stock count every call
**Skills and Experience**
- Visual Merchandising and relationship building experience
- Previous experience with luxury brand desirable
- Proven experience achieving sales targets
- Business acumen
- Strong negotiation skills, persistence
- Excellent time management skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic and results driven
