**The Role**
This role will assist client service interactions with Longines clientele. Liaise with client on their timepieces for repair including estimation management, repair process and follow up. To deliver impeccable client service, develop good client relationships, and client records within Swatch Group Australia (SGA).
**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients in accordance with Longines standards
- Provide first level of technical assistance to clients and arrange appropriate solutions according to the service needs
- Register and process service for satchel packages and clearly identifying service needs
- Refer to catalogues, directories or databases to respond to client queries, update queries and communications in the system while maintaining good client database
- Collaborate with the boutique and service centre to coordinate services
- Perform administrative tasks, such as repair registration and invoicing
- Receive payments and record receipts for services
- Proactively follow up with clients to inform them of delays/updates
- Daily reconciliation and reporting of activities
- Receive and register incoming and outgoing parcels
