- Utilise your Health Coaching passion and skill to conduct comprehensive wellness assessments - understand individual needs and design tailored programs for our VIP clientele.
- Lead our Signature Wellness team in upholding & delivering exceptional service for our members, including across our Wellness Rooftop.
- Develop and manage Signature Wellness and Allied Health Reception team rosters, ensuring optimal coverage and smooth operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our wellness services, ensuring continuous understanding and engagement across the Wellness team.
- Proactively address challenges with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Experience working in the wellness / fitness industry.
