We are looking for an experienced Manager at our Newstead location to lead our Studio to success. This role will be responsible to oversee all areas of operations through leading and coaching your team driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the Studio. This role suits someone who loves to support the team and our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best Studio Figura experience. You will be accountable for all aspects of your clinic’s performance, growth, and operations.

**Manager Key Performances: Key Responsibilities**

As the Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of the Studio Figura Centre. Your responsibilities span various facets, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee and manage all aspects of the Studio Figura Centre, maintaining the highest operational standards and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Performing treatments using the newest body shaping and wellness technology that is exclusive to Studio Figura
- **Sales & Revenue Goals**: Maintain and exceed sales targets and second-line income objectives, driving financial success for the centre.
- **Merchandising Expertise**: Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance inventory presentation, contributing to an inviting and engaging environment.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently manage goods which are needed to provide treatments.Towels inventory
- **Reporting Proficiency**: Compile accurate and timely daily and weekly reports for management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- **Administrative Mastery**: Manage administrative tasks, including diary management, ensuring smooth scheduling and operation.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond promptly to customer feedback and inquiries, consistently exceeding customer service expectations. Client Relations: Your role involves ensuring our clients consistently enjoy an outstanding experience. It's your duty to surpass their expectations and build enduring connections.
- **Facility & Safety Oversight**: Ensure all facilities and services are safe and operational, maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented environment.
- **Marketing Initiatives**: Execute marketing efforts for the centre, promoting its services and enhancing brand visibility with the marketing team
- **Staff Leadership**: Recruit and onboard new staff members, providing comprehensive induction and fostering a positive team environment.
- **Performance Enhancement**: Conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and nurture staff growth and development.
- **Staff Management**:

- **Brand Adherence**: Ensure brand compliance across all aspects of the Studio's operations, maintaining a cohesive and professional identity.

We are a busy Studio, and open until 8pm, 6 days per week so the ability to work some evenings and some Saturdays is a must.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
