Wellness Experience Coordinator

Due to continuous growth, we're excited to be recruiting for a Wellness Experience Coordinator to join our TotalFusion Platinum team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering transformative experiences for our VIP Signature Wellness members.

Your Impact:

- Be the Face of the Signature Wellness Lounge: Welcome our VIP Signature Wellness members with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service, creating a positive and lasting impression as they embark on their wellness journey.
- Support Cutting-Edge Treatments: Assist clients with a variety of healing modalities, including cryotherapy, LED therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, float therapy, HOCATT, private contrast therapy, and spray tanning, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their experience.
- Elevate Member Experience: Proactively engage with members to understand their individual wellness goals, offering guidance and insights to help them personalise their journey.
- Create a Welcoming Environment: Maintain a serene and polished atmosphere that enhances the overall experience of our Recovery Lounge, leaving members feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
- Ensure Seamless Operations: Work collaboratively with other TotalFusion teams, such as the Spa, to ensure smooth daily operations and the delivery of high-quality services to all clients.
