**You**:
As the Sommelier & Assistant Manager, you will lead a team of passionate wine enthusiasts and shape the wine program with your expertise and vision. Your role involves curating and maintaining an exceptional wine list that showcases diverse varietals and highlights unique terroirs, enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

You will oversee inventory control, staff training on wine service, and ensure impeccable standards of wine presentation and service. Additionally, you will assist the Venue Manager in managing the restaurant operation with integrity and commitment and to deliver outstanding service and quality.

This role provides the opportunity to lead the restaurant team from the front to create a memorable, authentic, and exceptional dining experience that will support the core values and mission of Evra.
- _Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end dining establishment._
- _Demonstrated expertise in curating and managing a diverse wine program, catering to varying tastes and preferences._
- _Management experience in high-end, premium fine dining restaurant operation._
- _Ability to maintain and update an extensive wine list, ensuring it reflects current trends and offers a balanced selection._
- _Experience in staff training and development, with a focus on enhancing wine knowledge and service skills among team members._

Evra's rooftop urban farm is located on the highest level of TotalFusion Platinum (TFP), which stands as Australia’s largest health, wellness and fitness precinct.

Encompassing nearly 2000sqm, our farm is home to approximately 40 crop variations, chickens to help with natural fertilisation, a bee colony for pollination, and a worm farm and composting for food scraps.
