**About the department**:
This State Government Department focus is on delivering education and development for Victorian's. The role is responsible for matching participants into relevant programs an managing the participants experience.

**The opportunity**:
You will lead and manage the participants experience throughout the project, assist with scheduling and meet clients needs.
- You will be able to provide project management support. This will include working on projects scope, planning, risks and monitor budgets.
- You will be able to provide project governance support such as monitoring project report
- You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and engage in negotiation

**What you will nee to succeed**
- Prior experience working in a similar position in a government department
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in education will be highly regarded
