**About the Department**:
The Department leads the delivery of education and development services to children, young people and adults both directly through government schools and indirectly through the regulation and funding of early childhood services, non-government schools and training programs.

**About the role**:
The purpose of the Participant & Program Support (PPS) unit is to 'know our participants' to support their individual learning journey. The team delivers this through high quality participant services (end-to-end through the program life-cycle), delivering a consistent approach across all offerings and sites.

**Accountabilities**
- Communicate project plans to relevant stakeholders and build capability and
- Identify and document project risk, quality standards and tolerances. Identify and map the scope of a project to deliver business needs.
- Identify and utilise appropriate project planning methods, Includes content appropriate for the purpose and audience.
- Produces project/program plans where objectives are clearly defined and action steps for achieving them are clearly specified.
- Regularly communicates with, and supports, project/program team members.
- Ensures project/program objectives are met by anticipating and managing potential and emerging participant issues.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on the Academy's clients to enable effective decision making and achievement of outcomes.
