We are on the lookout for an incredibly talented **Venue Manager (Maternity Leave Contract)** for Lona Misa & Basement Bar who will drive and mentor an already exceptional team. You will be able to influence and motivate the team and ensure our guests receive a memorable, world class experience.

In such a key leadership role, you are backbone to our business and It's your job to ensure that you maintain the highest level or service, most importantly every one of our customers receives an experience that'll leave them yearning for more.

**Who you are**
- Hail from Melbourne's fast paced modern standalone restaurant and bar scene
- You're an experienced Venue Manager, savvy, innovative, "entrepreneurial go-getter" with bags of energy, positive mind-set and with a hunger to succeed within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**The Gig**
- Experienced within a busy multi-outlet environment is essential with proven abilities in increasing revenue streams, profitability and deliver on sensational service standards
- You are patient, driven, and lead your team by coaching, training, developing and mentoring
- You are deadline driven and results-focused and settle for nothing less than the very highest standards of service delivery.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen is a must, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve bottom line profit
- Lightning quick, master multi-tasker managing varying roles across busy service periods
- We require someone who can showcase great talent and drive a service focused culture.
- You will be leading from the front and setting standards high, managing the venue from end to end, ensuring a smooth operation of all moving parts across the venue.
