Darling Cafe in South Yarra is looking for a Café Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry and all of its facets, from food to wine to coffee to experience. You will be running a small-medium sized team and be able to be highly motivated, work well under pressure whilst being a team leader and crafting an exceptional customer experience.
- Minimum 2 years+ in a similar position
- Confidence and proven experience managing a team
- Outstanding ability to function in high pressure situations and think on your feet
- Strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment
- Great organisational skills and communication
- Have the ability to build customer relationships
- Experience with opening and closing venue procedures
- Proven experience with rostering and labour tracking
- Well versed with current food and beverage trends

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
