**【About the Role】**

Join our supportive and experienced team. You will:

- Perform weekly cash checks
- Verify invoice accuracy based on auditing procedures
- Assist in management report preparation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Aid in payroll processing, if necessary
- Maintain historical records
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties

**【Qualifications & Experience】**
- Mandarin fluency is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or studying towards)
- Relevant bookkeeping or finance qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under competing deadlines and demands
- Capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A cover letter
- A detailed resume outlining your education, employment history, and contact details
- A copy of your university academic transcript

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: From $45,902.48 per year
