**The role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, Project Manager and Director, you will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable function.

In addition to the AP tasks, the office manager role includes ad-hoc tasks such as answering the phone, assist with IT issues, organising team meetings catering and bookings, some ordering of materials for projects.

You will be an active participant in delivery of construction projects by assisting with the administration from the office to keep things moving smoothly.

**To be successful in this role**:
You are a self-starter, able to work independently and be an effective team member with the ability to manage workloads, priorities and relationships.

You will experience in the construction or property industry, operating in a fast paced commercial environment. You will have high attention to detail and ability to multi task.

**Skills and experience**:
You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable position in the construction or property industry
- Entering and processing invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Collating supporting documentation, including purchase orders and subcontractor compliance documentation, and obtaining approval from relevant managers
- Strong financial technical skills
- Answering and resolving supplier and internal customer queries
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office suite
- Exposure to staff management and payroll Functions
- Desire to improve business process and systems
- Processing supplier and contractor invoices
- Allocating supplier invoices accurately to the correct cost centre and general ledger codes
- Reconciliation of creditors and credit cards
- Processing staff reimbursement claims
- Processing payment runs
- Assisting and providing support to other staff members when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatswood, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
