We have seven clinics in the Sydney Metro area and an additional nineteen clinics in regional NSW, TAS, QLD and VIC. 【Accounts Payable】
- Accurately process and enter Accounts Payable data
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures
- Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
- Maintain historical records
- Assist with fortnightly/monthly payroll as needed
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties as required

【Accounts Officer】
- Conduct weekly cash checks
- Check invoices for accuracy and reasonability based on auditing procedures
- File documents
- Assist with the preparation of management reports
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties as required

【Qualifications & Experience】
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Relevant qualifications in Bookkeeping, Finance or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under conflicting deadlines and competing demands
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Sound knowledge of a wide range of software programs (e.g. MYOB, Xero. QuickBooks)
