Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Reservations Team at Three Blue Ducks in Rosebery
Three Blue Ducks is a well-established Hospitality Business, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our fast-paced team to handle day to day admin tasks in our Office based in Rosebery.
You will be working closely alongside 2 x team members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the backend of the Seven Rooms Booking System for general & group bookings
- First Point of contact for Event Enquiries and passing them on to the relevant Event Manager for that venue
- Managing flights/accommodation/transport for staff within the company
- Website Updates (Menu Changes, Trading Hours etc)
- Updating Listings on Google Trip Advisor, Yelp & Google Maps
- Processing Payments using Eftpos for Event Bookings
- General Ad-Hoc Duties & Administrative support to all departments of all Venues
**About You**:
- Past experience in hospitality administration - specifically restaurants and event support, preferred but not essential
- You have a positive attitude, and the willingness to go above and beyond
- You have an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and the ability to multitask
- You are a team player with a positive & enthusiastic attitude
- Extremely organised and driven in using systems and solving problems
- Experience with Microsoft office & Excel required
- Seven Rooms Experience preferred but not required
Casual employment with plenty of weekday evening and weekend hours at award penalty rates.
