**Dancing Kangaroo Tours **is looking for experienced, reliable, customer-focussed tour drivers/guides with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude to join our team. We are also open to those without experience who are willing to learn to become a part of our growing business.

This role is for our winery day tour of the Yarra Valley and surrounds. Good knowledge of local history, as well as food & beverage industry, will be an advantage.

As a Tour Driver/Guide, you will effectively and safely operate our company passenger vehicles (up to 25 seaters) and provide excellent customer service to our international & local guests. In addition, you will provide professional and entertaining commentary about the sights visited on tour.

To be successful in this role, you must be ambitious, committed and LOVE what you do. You must demonstrate great interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people from all around the world.

Above award wages on offer and full time positions will be available to those that can prove themselves.

The position also requires you to carry out the daily inspection of the vehicles rostered.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create rapport with customers
- Highly organized
- **Driver Accreditatio**n with CPV (may be obtained afterwards)
- Preferrably have a **Heavy Vehicle License**, minimum: light rigid (_**may be provided to those willing to learn and show commitment**_)
- Previous experience in tourism - preferred
- Previous experience in dealing with groups of people - desirable

**Please note you'll be expected to pick up & drop off our buses from our depot located near Derrimut (3026 VIC).**

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
